I’m Sally and I’m a UKCP registered psychotherapist (Certified Transactional Analyst), counsellor, and trauma therapist. My journey first began as a counsellor over 10 years ago, and I continued on with training in psychotherapy after I discovered Transactional Analysis (or TA, as we often call it, for short). 

I have a background in working in industry, education, and welfare and have always been curious about how our minds work and about the dynamics at play in personal and professional relationships. 

I was drawn to TA  because it was the first model that I had encountered that offered ways of understanding ourselves as well as dynamics and communication between people. TA can help us to increase self-awareness and supports personal growth, clearer communication, and stronger, more fulfilling relationships. It can also be a powerful tool for resolving inner and interpersonal conflict.

My practice is based in South Yorkshire, located near some ancient woodland and caves, an ideal setting for those wanting to take therapy outdoors.
