This is a group for TA trainees at any stage of training, from foundation year and through advanced training, who want to undertake personal therapy in a group format that supports their TA development.
Autonomy - This is a supportive, confidential space where members can explore their own patterns, and relational dynamics through the TA lens, with the support of the group; developing insight and integration as part of the journey towards qualification and beyond.
Homonomy - The aim of the therapy group is to support a deeper sense of connection and belonging. At its heart is the idea of homonomy—the capacity to be alongside others in mutual respect. In Transactional Analysis, homonomy is seen as one of the key outcomes of personal growth: the ability to relate to others from a place of authenticity, openness, and shared humanity. Through group exploration and ‘I’m OK-You’re OK“ honest dialogue, the group offers a space where you can deepen self-awareness, relate more freely, and experience the richness of being fully yourself in relationship with others.
Spaces are limited to maintain a contained, focused group experience.
